Kingfisher Inerpretive Centre Trails

Nature trails through mixed cedar hemlock forest surround the Kingfisher Interpretive Centre, and link to the Cooke Creek Forestry Campground. The Centre has played an important role in enhancing the number of Chinook salmon in the Shuswap River, and runs educational programs throughout the year.

Turn east at the stop light in Enderby on Highway 97 and cross the bridge. Continue on the Mabel Lake Road for 25 km and watch for the sign on your right just after the Cooke Creek Recreation Site.
