The Shuswap Trail Alliance (STA) is seeking an energetic, organized, and adaptable person for the position of Field Crew Leader. The ideal candidate will possess supervisory experience. Being a recreational trail user and having experience in trail construction and maintenance an asset, but training will be provided. Must want to work outdoors, be physically able to carry out trail construction and maintenance tasks in remote settings. A willingness to learn, adapt, and respond quickly while maintaining a high standard of attention to detail at all times a must.

Seasonal Trail Crew - Resumes Welcomed 

The Shuswap Trail Alliance is privileged to support projects throughout the region on behalf of our many partners.  Fundraising, donations, grants, and partner contracts allow us to hire project trail crews each year. Size, season, and timing is variable, depending on available funding and project priorities - so we always welcome submission of resumes from qualified candidates each season to keep on file should project funding be secured and warrant hiring. Recruitment is always pending funding, so we recommend checking back in seasonally to renew your resume.
