The Shuswap Trail Alliance has been facilitating regular working group meeting for the recreation management of the trails and access to Kle7scéñ (Mt. Ida). These meeting have been attended by representatives of Shuswap Trail Alliance, Shuswap Dirt Riders, Neskonlith, Skwlāx te Secwepemcúl̓ecw, Splatsin, Adams Lake Indian Band, Shuswap Cycling Club, Friends of Mt Ida Hikers, BC Timber Sales, MFLNRORD, Tolko, RSTBC, Shuswap Backcountry Riders, Back Country Horsemen (Shuswap Chapter), and local residents.

The goals of this working group are to guide the maintenance and recreation planning in the area, and acts as a meeting point for interest groups including collaborative planning with local forestry licensees.
