Rubberhead started off as a single mountain bike trail in the late 1980’s and has expanded into a network of trails. Now, the area offers a variety of downhill mountain bike options for intermediate to advanced riders. From steep and rooty to open and flowy, this trail system has something for everyone. In the winter, the Rubberhead trails create a fun series of trails to explore on snowshoes.
The main lower parking is at 2.5 km up the 110 FSR. Here you will find parking and maps of the trail system. Climbing trails Double D and Rubberhead Climb can be ridden up to the 7 km mark on the 110 FSR or link Yellow Brick Road and Veggie Road to the Larch Hills Traverse for a scenic climb to the top of Half Baked. Downhill trailheads range from 4 km to 11 km up the 110 FSR.
