About

The M.V. Beattie Greenway and wetland pond path add an important link in the growing network of paths throughout Enderby for cycling and walking, including parallel paths along key streets, little connector paths, the Jim Watt Heritage River Walk, and the Rail Trail.

The greenway is a joint project of the City of Enderby and students of School District 83, built in partnership with the Shuswap Trail Alliance. It is part of the City’s vision to weave walking and cycling throughout the community. The result is the town of Enderby is quickly becoming a destination for cycling and walking. Watch for new connections as the town develops its active transportation plan.
