This short 1 km trail leads to a remote sub-alpine lake with fishing and a user-maintained Recreation Site.
Take Hwy 1 approx. 16 km east from Sicamous to the Malakwa Loop Rd. Turn south and then immediately right on Oxbow Frontage Rd. Take the first left onto Yard Creek Loop Rd and go 2.5 km to the end where the Yard Creek FSR begins. Take this road for 10.6 km to a junction. Stay to the right and continue for another 5.8 km to the Cummins Lake Forest Service campsite sign. Park at the sign, the trail is to the right.
