This regional gem is easy to walk, especially for families with strollers and assisted wheelchair exploration. A lovely forest nature trail with interpretive signs, ravine, creek, small bridges, wildflowers, picnic tables, museum, and heritage village. After learning about settler history in the village, visit the R Tmicw Pell Písell Secwépemc Landmark sculpture by the restored Queest Mtn fire lookout to read about Secwépemc oral history and learn Secwepemctsín places names.

On the east side of Salmon Arm at the Hwy 1 and Hwy 97B junction, head south on Hwy 97B for approx. 650 m and watch for the sign and entrance on your right (west).
